Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel your conference registration, refunds (minus a $100 administration fee) will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided a written request is emailed to [email protected] by August 14, 2026. All refunds will only be issued after the Conference.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 14, 2026, but transfers are possible with permission of the Organizing Committee. The Bal masqué: A Night at the Museum tickets are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another attendee.
International Attendees
As CanSAGE is not an international meeting we do not provide invitation letters.
When you complete your online registration, you will receive a registration confirmation email which can serve as a part of your visa application if needed. No other invitations to visitors are sent. Note the cancelation policy if your travel application is denied.
If approved for a pre-conference course, please contact Linda Drisdell at [email protected] should you need assistance in reserving a hotel for the night of Tuesday, September 29th.
