Conference Attendance Eligibility
The CanSAGE Annual Conference is a professional scientific meeting open to licensed healthcare professionals and trainees. Registration is limited to practicing physicians and surgeons, including fellows, residents, and medical students; and relevant industry representatives. Members of the general public, including patients, are not eligible to attend. This policy reflects the professional and peer nature of the conference content, which includes clinical case presentations, surgical techniques, and peer discussion intended exclusively for a qualified healthcare audience.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your conference registration, refunds (minus a $100 administration fee) will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided a written request is emailed to [email protected] by Friday, August 14, 2026. All refunds will only be issued after the Conference.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, August 14, 2026, but transfers are possible with permission of the Organizing Committee. The Bal masqué: A Night at the Museum tickets are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another attendee.
International Attendees
As CanSAGE is not an international meeting we do not provide invitation letters.
When you complete your online registration, you will receive a registration confirmation email which can serve as a part of your visa application if needed. No other invitations to visitors are sent. Note the cancellation policy if your travel application is denied.
If approved for a pre-conference course, please contact [email protected] should you need assistance in reserving a hotel for the night of Tuesday, September 29th.
