A special rate has been reserved at the Hilton Quebec for all CanSAGE attendees. There are limited rooms available. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and may sell out prior to the deadline date. Book early to guarantee you room!

Guest room rates are subject to applicable GST, PST, and City Tax (currently 5% GST, 9.975% PST, 3.5% City Tax). Guest room rates include wireless internet in guest rooms, meeting space, and public areas.

Cancellation Policy: Reservation can be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. For the reservations cancelled after 72 hours, the fees of the first night will be charged. These fees will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Travel
By Air
The closest airport to the Hilton Quebec and the Quebec City Convention Centre is the Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) – 35 min / 15 km. Visit the airport website HERE for more information.
Ground Transportation

Note: The hotel does not provide shuttle service.
Parking
Hilton Quebec: Self parking is $22.00 plus taxes and Valet parking is $32 plus taxes.
Quebec City Convention Centre: A pedestrian tunnel connects the Québec City Convention Centre to 4 indoor parking lots with 4,175 spaces. Prices range from a daily maximum of $20 to $25 plus taxes.
Metered parking is also available on the streets around the hotel and Convention Centre. Simply pay at the nearest Pay & Go kiosk or via the Copilot mobile app.
