Have a rare gynecologic case with an unusual presentation or complication?
The most challenging and thought-provoking cases will be selected for live discussion with expert faculty at the 2026 Annual Conference.
Cases are selected based on quality, uniqueness, and clinical complexity.
Submitters will be notified within one week of the deadline.
Submission deadline: Wednesday, September 10, 2026.
Who can submit?
Medical students, fellows, post-doctoral students, and other trainees.
What’s considered a successful submission?
- A case involving a gynecologic condition
- A brief summary including final diagnosis, key findings, and clinical significance
- Images and video clips are encouraged

Selected presenters receive a complimentary registration for the CanSAGE 2027 Annual Conference.
